Christmas 2019 was a season of joy and love with many organizations across Nigeria and West Africa holding and organizing various charity events. Here are some of the special and impactful events that happened in 2020 across West Africa. THE MAKOKO DREAM SCHOOL https://www.instagram.com/p/B6qB825lZCw/ As an organization in Lagos Nigeria, The Makoko Dream has a mission to be the pioneer organization leading the urban-slum development and transformation in sub-Saharan Africa until it becomes a place of solace to both locals and internationals. However, during the festive period of December 2019, The Makoko Dream 2019 Christmas Party was an awesome event. Over 700 packs of food were given to Makoko children and 1 child was given a 1-year Scholarship. A World Beyond Our Age
A World Beyond Our Age was a secondary school talk session with the outgoing students of St. Annes High School, speaking to them about life after high school, why they needed to find their purpose as well as answering questions they might have had about making career choices and also making life choices at such a young ages. James Okina from Street Priests and Mirabelle Morah, BlankPaperz Editor in Chief were around to talk to the class of over 40 students about life choices and finding their purpose.
